NO LIABILITY AGREEMENT NOTICE– READ BEFORE REGISTERING AS RRR MEMBER

 

CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) BEFORE REGISTERING AS AN RRR MEMBER. AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND REGISTERING AS A RRR MEMBER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT FOR RRR MEMBERSHIP.

 

 I, as responsible guardian of the group of persons registered for Royal Rajasthani’s of Richmond Membership, hereby I authorize RRR and its delegated leaders and committee members to organize various annual events, on the  group’s behalf. I further agree that RRR and its designated leaders, committee members and volunteers are not legally or financially liable for any claim arising from any activity or actions pertaining to this group or these events. I also agree that these events or any other equivalent event organized by RRR does entail some level of risk. I assume responsibility for all members of the group including but not limited to their safety, well-being and actions. In an emergency, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for all medical and other costs arising out of bodily injury or any loss sustained through participation in these events. I authorize RRR Committee members to secure any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel, any treatment deemed  necessary for the participant’s immediate care. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, and losses of any type, which may occur, hereby fully and forever  release and discharge RRR, its officers, and insurers from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my participation in the RRR events. I also agree to ensure that the group members registered by me with RRR as RRR members, follow all  rules, policies, & guidelines (verbal or written) set forth in the event premises by RRR or its designated leaders.
